Following the work done by several capstone classes, CONNECT will continue to work with the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh to produce research addressing identified needs and position CONNECT to facilitate a regional effort to achieve digital maturity and excellence across the county.

CONNECT and the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) Capstone classes since 2022 have been working on digital governance issues within our membership and have produced reports explicitly laying out how we could approach this issue:
