Phyllis likes to refer to herself as a Super CONNECTer. She is a member of the Executive Committee, the Climate Action Plan Subcommittee, the Nominating Subcommittee, and has participated in several Board of Officer’s meetings. She absolutely loves what CONNECT is doing for the region, and uses her CONNECTions to make Oakmont a more livable community.

Mary Ellen Ramage,
Manager of Etna Borough and CONNECT Secretary/Treasurer

Mary Ellen Ramage is the Manager of Etna Borough for 40 years and is a CONNECT Founding member and longstanding Treasurer/Secretary. Ramage also sits on Governor Wolf’s Ohio Water Resources Regional Committee and is a Co-founder of the Etna Economic Development Corporation, Etna Community Organization and Etna EcoDistrict, the first certified EcoDistrict in the world.
