Since 2023, PA Solar Center has provided valuable bulk consulting services to 13 governments and authorities for free, resulting in an assessed solar potential of 7MW over 37 public facilities, and unique joint financing offerings for our members.
GET INVOLVED
GET Solar CONNECT is a unique partnership with Pennsylvania Solar Center that provides free assistance for our member governments to go solar. Goals of the program are to:
- Determine feasibility of solar energy on members’ public property
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance, from site walkthroughs & financial analysis to funding assistance for municipalities
- Release of RFP with viable projects to developers on behalf of participating entities
- Create & explore powerful group opportunities for financing solar installations, including Power Purchase Agreements.
